Mauro Fiore (Cinematographer) the 2010 Academy Award-winning cinematographer for Avatar has committed to shooting The Persian Pickle Club. His most recent features include Real Steel starring Hugh Jackman, The A-Team, The Kingdom, and Training Day.

Christine Fiore (Producer) began her career as a costume designer working in television and on festival films such as 17-Sips, Now Chinatown, Love From Ground Zero, and Tully. Her focus now is on film production.

J.A.K. Andres (Screenwriter) is a writer, educator, and counselor. She holds a B.A. in history from Yale and an M.S. in school counseling from Johns Hopkins. Her most recent short story, “The Diddler,” is featured in Erica Jong’s anthology,Sugar in My Bowl.

Sandra Dallas (Persian Pickle Club author) the New York Times best-selling author, was dubbed “a quintessential American voice” by Jane Smiley in Vogue Magazine. Sandra’s novels with their themes of loyalty, friendship, and human dignity have been translated into a dozen foreign languages and optioned for films. Her tenth novel, The Bride’s House,was published May 1, 2011.

Patricia Crews (Quilt Consultant) is Willa Cather Professor of Textiles and Director of the International Quilt Study Center & Museum in Lincoln, Nebraska. Her extensive knowledge of quilts will be reflected on the silver screen.
